INAMAX Powered by Ultra is pleased to announce that Jessica Macleod has been named Chief Commercial Officer.
In her new position, Jessica oversees the company’s commercial business strategy, including revenue generating, operational, and product innovations across all our operating markets. Even more importantly, Jessica is responsible for maintaining the high level of customer support that INAMAX is known for in the skill gaming and Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) industry. Prior to her promotion, Jessica was INAMAX’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
“I’m looking forward to the opportunity of leading our business development efforts as we continue to engage new partners and expand within Georgia and other regions,” Jessica says. “INAMAX is a family-owned business that strongly values our diverse group of employees and customers, and we believe our values and deep commitment to compliance and ethical practices is exactly what our emerging enterprise clients are looking for in a COAM partner.” INAMAX holds itself to the highest standards as a model company that others can follow.
Jessica brings to INAMAX a wealth of experience, including 23 years with the Kroger Co., where she spearheaded initiatives for revenue growth and new revenue streams, overseeing the prepaid, lottery, and money services business across 35 states.
Already in her time with INAMAX, Jessica has led the rebranding of Ultra, overseen the creation of a new brand identity for the company, and helped with a reorganization of the sales team to align more closely with retail partners. She’s thrilled for the opportunity to bring the increased revenue COAM gaming provides to even more locations, small and large, including expanding into new markets and partnering with some large national retailers.
Jessica is quite optimistic about the innovation her team is bringing to the skill game industry and developments around player loyalty and redemption methods, which benefit retailers. “At INAMAX, we’re not only about having the newest games or fostering great customer experiences, we’re also about creating new ways to make operating skill games easier for our retail partners”, says Jessica.
“We have our own R&D team, so we’re on the leading edge of skill game innovation,” Jessica says. We continue to work on the player redemption system and player loyalty cards we’ve developed in-house. Moving toward clerkless systems is a huge priority, so partnering with us is a smart move for anyone who wants to increase their revenues by devoting a small bit of space to these machines that their customers love to play.”
Jessica also loves that one of the pillars of the culture at INAMAX is the dedication to giving back to the community, most notably the company’s support of the Georgia Lottery HOPE (Helping Outstanding Pupils Educationally) Scholarship and Pre-K programs through COAM contributions. To date, more than 2 million students in Georgia have pursued post-secondary education with the help of the HOPE Scholarship.
“It’s so gratifying to be doing something you love, helping people grow their businesses through fun offerings for their customers, and supporting the education of our kids at the same time. It really is a win for everyone.”
