About Our Founders
Nick and Nadiya Damani are not only husband and wife, but this dynamic duo are also the founders of Ultra Group and what we know today as INAMAX Powered by Ultra.
What began as a single telecom provider has morphed over the years into a successful family of companies and that has now become one of the first skill gaming operators in Georgia.
Building this family of companies has been a passion of Nick and Nadiya’s for nearly 30 years now. Beyond the numerous organizations helped through the efforts of INAMAX Powered by Ultra, Nick and Nadiya also run the Damani Foundation.
Nick Damani
Initially a telecom services provider, Nick Damani saw an emerging opportunity to move the company into the route gaming industry as it was beginning to gain traction. Thus, Ultra Group of Companies was born in 1996 and is today known as a family of companies, INAMAX powered by Ultra.
Ask any customer who has been a part of the Ultra family since the beginning, and they will affirm Nick’s unwavering commitment to them. Nick’s dedication and responsiveness are illustrated in his actions such as picking up the phone at midnight for a customer and immediately diving into problem-solving mode with the engineering team. Nick also makes time to stop for coffee with long-time patrons, many of whom have become great friends.
Nick continues to stay true to his vision of cleaning up the industry through his integral role in passing legislation to regulate the growing route gaming business.
Nadiya Damani
Nadiya Damani is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in Finance, Informational Technology & Real Estate industries. Skilled in Business Planning, Entrepreneurship, Sales Management, Team Building, and Management. Nadiya's strong business development background is parallel to her educational background, with a Master's in Information Services (MIS) and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA).
Nadiya worked for IBM, Keane Consultants in database and systems management for the first 7 years of her career and later took an even higher position as Chief System Engineer for Home Depot for 4 years. After deciding to leave the corporate world, she was able to successfully help kickstart Ultra Group, now known as INAMAX Powered by Ultra.
While in the first few years of building the company, Nadiya could be found bouncing between taking care of her young children and managing the company's finances and technology. Now, however, you are likely to find Nadiya in the office finance meetings or board meetings for the United Community Bank where she serves as a Board Advisor and carving out time to dedicate to one of her many passions, giving back to the community.

Our leadership team leverages over 200 years of combined experience in the industry, giving us a strong background as we guide clients through VGT, VLT, skill, and redemption game operations, while closely adhering to compliance standards.
