Our leadership team leverages over 200 years of combined experience in the industry, giving us a strong background as we guide clients through VGT, VLT, skill, and redemption game operations, while closely adhering to compliance standards.
INAMAX knows that compliance starts with understanding the rules and following them to the letter. We operate under a Culture of Compliance where everything we say or do is done correctly, aligns with regulations, and raises the bar for all parties involved.

Ray Cosentino
VP Operations
Ray Cosentino grew up in Chicagoland area where he began his career with Penn National Gaming. Ray worked with Penn for many years starting in Valet then working through many positions in the slot department. (Slot Technician, Lead Technician, Performance Manager). He then transitioned to Lottery with Intralot and completed one of the largest US vendor to vendor conversions transitioning 7200 retailers. Most recently, he has worked at Intralot as a Warehouse Manager, Field Service Manager, Compliance Manager, Director of Operations, and Sr. Director of Operations.
Ray is married with 3 kids and he enjoys spending time with his kids, fishing, and boating.
Jessica Macleod
VP Sales and Marketing
Jessica is a new addition to the INAMAX family, bringing a wealth of experience from her 23 years with the Kroger Co. In her short time with us, she has led the rebranding of Ultra, oversaw the creation of a new brand identity for INAMAX, and led a re-organization of the sales team to align resources more closely to our retail partners.
During her time in the retail grocery industry, Jessica carved out a niche for herself as a highly effective leader of large-scale organizational change and a driver of revenue growth and new revenue streams. In Jessica’s last role with Kroger, she oversaw the prepaid and lottery business and led a team that managed the P&L for these categories across 35 states.
Jessica has been a Progressive Grocer Rising Star Nominee and named a Cincinnati YWCA Rising Star. She recently relocated to Atlanta with her husband and two young sons.

Liane Mitchell
Director of Human Resources
Liane is a results-oriented Human Resources Director who strives to make impactful changes in all functional and strategical facets of Human Resources (HR). In a career spanning 9+ years of thoughtful HR leadership experience, Liane has worked in industries including healthcare, higher education, and technology. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, policy and procedure development, benefits administration, and compensation strategy.
Of all the strategic HR initiatives Liane has led this year, she is most proud of enhancing our employee benefits package to continue to foster a positive office culture. Liane has a bachelor’s in business administration from Georgia Southern University. On a personal note, Liane loves animals and is a fierce HR fashionista!

Bruce E. Bowers
VP Government Affairs and General Counsel
Bruce’s thirty-year legal and consulting career has largely focused on representing companies and industries with a high level of state and local government interaction. He joined INAMAX with extensive experience in the gaming industry, as well as federal, state, and local permitting and development matters. Before starting his own firm in 2018, Bruce spent three years as counsel and senior public policy advisor at the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, one of the largest law firms in the southeastern United States. He has worked for some of the most influential law and lobbying firms in the state of Georgia. Bruce served in several executive roles with Beaulieu of America, Inc., the world’s largest family-owned carpet manufacturer, with revenues of $1 billion. Bruce’s impressive experience will help us shape the future of INAMAX.
Bruce received a J.D. in 1991 from Emory University where he was the King & Spalding Fellow, and he earned a B.S. in political science with the highest honors from the University of Georgia in 1987. Bruce and his two children live in Marietta, Georgia.
Jeffery Bolton
Director of Sales
Jeff is one of the newest additions to the Inamax leadership team! He is an award-winning and results-oriented Director of Sales with over 15 years of experience across various industries, from Resorts & Country Clubs to Health & Wellness and high-end Retail.
Throughout his career, he has a track record of leading sales teams and regions to positive YOY revenue growth, implementing and rolling out new processes for greater team and company efficiencies, and coaching and team member development.
His areas of expertise include business development, client relationships, data analysis, marketing, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and team member retention.
Jeff is originally from Michigan and currently resides in the suburbs of Atlanta. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling, attending baseball games, or hanging out with his dog, Bernie.
David Sherman
Director of Operations
David liaisons with operations and sales to ensure we deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. David is a problem solver and believes in professionalism, patience, and attentiveness. During his 17 years with Ultra, David has become an expert in the gaming industry and with our products. He has worked in various departments within the company becoming a key asset along the way.
David is a trained Electronic Technician earning numerous certifications from manufacturers in the gaming industry. He also holds an OSHA 30-hour certification. David earned an associate degree in electronic engineering technology from ITT Technical Institute. He is currently working on his PMP certification.
David is a Florida native and currently resides in the Atlanta suburbs with his wife. He enjoys live sporting events.
Vincent Moss
Regional Manager
Vincent Moss is an entrepreneur with a decade of sales experience with Ultra Group. As the former Director of Sales, he has been a critical component to the growth and success of Ultra. His daily tasks require him to be dependable, organized, and disciplined—traits he honed while serving in the military. For 15 years prior to working with Ultra Group, Vincent was the founder and CEO of his own business that catered to a wide array of countries in the Caribbean and Central and South America. This experience helped Vincent become a well-rounded sales leader, capable of working with professionals from many different cultures.
Vincent is a highly effective leader who pushes his team to deliver the best customer service while consistently achieving their goals. His ingenuity helps to gain clientele and exposure for the company. Vincent has been described as trustworthy and approachable by clients. He’s created a rapport with them that will have a lasting effect on the success of the business.
Vincent’s hobbies include playing and coaching team sports such as football and travel baseball. His ability to make the bigger picture come to life through strategic planning is another coaching strongpoint of his. Through sports, team morale and positive thinking have become a part of Vincent’s everyday life.
